THE AIM OF STUDY

• Defining of suspension pressure changing during loading the vehicle to maximum load
• Analysis of critical location defined from FEA analysis stress distribution during the load vehicle to maximum load
• Simultaneous measurement of airbag pressure and chassis critical location stress

SCOPE OF STUDY

The scope of the study is to investigate of airbag pressure and chassis stress distribution during unloading the concrete blocks which are totally 40t from vehicle.

INSTRUMENTATION OF SENSORS AND DATALOGGER

• Data logger used:
  • 1x SIRIUSi-8xSTGM
  • 2x SIRIUSi-HD-16xSTGM
• Sensors:
  • Strain gage sensors
  • Wabco Pressure Sensor
