The Futek External USB Kit - Model USB220 has a new look enclosure.
The High Resolution/High Speed USB Output Module Casing in the USB220 has changed to a slimmer, sleeker aluminium/stainless steel enclosure. The upgrade has led to a lower susceptibility to noise and is more suitable device for aerospace and medical applications as it has met CE Criteria A Certification.
External USB Kit USB220 module eliminates the need for an analogue amplifier, power supply, and display equipment. The module is supplied by PC power through a USB Cable, providing excitation voltage for the sensor. The analogue output voltage of the sensor is then digitised and processed by a microprocessor using the integrated high resolution (24 bits) analogue to digital converter (ADC). The on-board USB transceiver (transmitter and receiver) device allows the microprocessor to communicate with the PC by means of the USB link. The USB integration works hand in hand with SENSIT Test and Measurement software, which allows users to monitor the actual output of the sensor in real time. Simply an amazing product
